Assistant Stylist 1- Short-term/Full-time

THE ROLE: Short-term Full-time Assistant Stylist

This is the perfect position for someone who is interested in the world of e-commerce and fashion or a student that needs flexible hours that will accommodate a busy schedule. The hours would be between 7:00 AM & 3:30 PM (Monday through Friday). The responsibility of the Assistant Stylist I is to work with the various merchandise coordinators as well as the styling, photo and features teams to ensure that merchandise is properly tracked, prepared, distributed and secured throughout our production cycle. The Assistant Stylist I will report directly to the Sr. Stylist. This is working onsite at our KY studio in Shepherdsville, KY  full-time for approximately 90 days.

What You'll Do…

• Steam women’s, men’s, and kids’ clothing, un-pack and hang garments, organize racks, and scan racks to sets
• Prep a variety of merchandise for photographers – including shoes, handbags, fashion accessories, jewelry and more
• Partner with merchandise coordination team to transport and care for samples throughout the photo process 
• Maintain vendor packaging, sku tags, and apparel tags
• Ensure a clean and hazard-free workspace
• Repack merchandise on an as needed basis

• Must be able to stand for up to approximately 8 hours
• Work well with others and with minimal supervision
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Merchandising, retail and/or fashion styling experience preferred
• Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet tight and often shifting deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
