Assistant Tour Manager - R&B ONLY

We're looking for an Assistant Tour Manager who will play a crucial role in coordinating day-of operations for our live events and ensuring the smooth execution of our shows. The ideal candidate has experience in managing teams, is highly organized, and can communicate clearly.

Experience working in live events is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-of operations for live shows
• Coordinate with venues, vendors, and production teams to ensure smooth load-ins, soundchecks, box-office set-ups, and show operations
• Communicate and coordinate with venue members and crew members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during live shows
• Confirm hotel check-ins, rental car reservations/ride-share transportation for all staff
• Document and report all day of show operations back to the leadership team
• Enforce COLORS Worldwide rules and guidelines at shows
• Travel to various cities across North America for live shows as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience in live event production, tour management, or a related field is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with venue staff, crew members, and vendors
• Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights and weekends, as required by the touring schedule
