Job Description

Assist with supervising & managing daily operations and perform all related duties professional manner by providing guests with excellent customer service. Delegate work duties, make schedule and handle personnel issues. Maximizing spa revenue through yield management, retail sales, re-booking guests, high therapist and room occupancy. 

To perform below Wellness related tasks.

- Nutrition or wellness consultations and prepare guest recommendation charts

- To perform nutritionist related tasks whenever and wherever required.

- To support Wellness Team with various activities and create wellness activity calendar.

- To be a point of contact between Guest / Villa Host and Reception Team for any wellness related activity or booking.

- To make sure wellness revenue is maximized on every opportunity.

Ensuring that the guest’s experience at the Spa is memorable from beginning to end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Nutrition, Yoga or Fitness.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Hospitality Industry preferably in a 5 star luxury resort.
• Good knowledge of Nutrition, Yoga or Fitness
• Fluent in spoken English.
• Familiar with Spa Software operation and Micros.
• Flexible and friendly personality.
