Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Senior Account Manager in managing existing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction • Respond to client inquiries, manage follow-up communications, and provide timely updates • Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and service confirmations • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with the logistics team • Keep client records up to date and monitor service progress • Support business development efforts by managing leads, updating the CRM, and preparing outreach materials • Learn internal systems, workflows, and best practices to prepare for a future Account Manager role Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience in customer service, client support, or account coordination • Proficient in Microsoft Office; • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
