Job Details:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for time and attendance, and payroll.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Key in daily edits and clear weekly edits for all locations: This involves data entry and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Entering meeting sheets for all locations: Keeping records of meetings and relevant information.
- Run daily Time and Attendance (T & A) reports: Preparing reports related to employee attendance.
- Run weekending reports: Compiling weekly financial reports.
- Helping supervisors and Human Resources resolve payroll issues: Assisting in resolving any payroll-related problems.
- Researching and reviewing all customer short payments in Dispute: Investigating and addressing customer payment disputes.
- Validating and processing deductions and coding if valid in SAP systems with appropriate approvals: Handling deductions, coding, and approvals in SAP systems.
- Able to work alongside the management team while performing assigned tasks and reporting: Collaborating with the management team on assigned tasks and reporting progress.
- Need the ability to work cross-functionally across the enterprise: Working across different departments within the organization.
- Strong ability to stay organized as balances are reported on by management: Maintaining organization in financial records and reporting.
- Since accounts for the department close each month, need the ability to meet deadlines without monitoring: Meeting monthly financial reporting deadlines independently.
This position appears to involve data management, financial reporting, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills. It's important for the candidate to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams in the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Prefer high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 plus years of office experience.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills including generating simple spreadsheets; Microsoft Office to include excel spreadsheet. Prefer knowledge of Tyson Systems.
- Communication Skills: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication.
- Special Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of multiple business units, accounting requirements, and general ledger coding.
Priority consideration will be given to applicants at this facility, as well as priority for internal candidates impacted due to plant closure or job elimination.
