- a related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- familiarity with Agile / Scrum frameworks
- analytical and Excel skills
What is the work?
Analytics / Reporting & Documentation / Testing:
- Identifies / documents functional and non-functional requirements
- Assists Product Management and business stakeholders in understanding impacts of requests on each project, associated applications, and other business units
- Refines requirements (user stories) so they are readily consumable by software Engineers
- Influences end-to-end quality strategy for assigned product
- Develops test cases designed to validate functional and non-functional system requirements
- Executes / facilitates execution of test scripts based on test cases
- Uses data to help drive decisions
What is your background?
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
- Experience in business analysis or technology (preferred)
- Experience supporting retail, supply chain, ecommerce, or digital marketing operations a plus
