The Team:

The Marketing IMC team at Mattel Latin America is in charge of centralize the Advertising & Promotion budget management, assuring we invest in the right channels and products to generate demand within our customers to achieve our goals

The Opportunity:
Mattel is currently seeking a Associate Manager Digital Mktg -Finance- 

What Your Impact Will Be

• Managing A&P forecasting process 
• Supporting the monthly, quaterly and yearly end close process from and A&P perspective with variance analysis fosucing on budget allocation per brand working together with finance team 
• Perform detailed reviews of actual spend with finance business partners and budget holders
• Summarizing key findings to support budget discussions and decision making with the business 
• Supporting on annual budget process 
• Maintaning and improving the process supporting financial planning and analysis activities 
• Media investments financial analysis providing cash flow planning 
• Managing and controlling monthly Anaplan (business planning tool) A&P submission, aligning with brand budget holders 
• Aligning and tracking yearly marketing provisions
