Assoc Master Data Analyst

Under guidance, process requests regarding updating master data elements in our financial system applications. Identify and assist in implementation of process improvements and maintain process documentation. Master data elements consist of customer, chart of account, products and project data.

Essential Functions
• Administer, as directed, required changes to master data elements and updating hierarchy reporting structures to reflect additions or changes to business activities.
• Create new master data elements within the master data system application and/or financial ERP systems as required.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of effective process documentation to accurately describe processing of master data functions.
• Identify and assist in implementation of process improvements to more accurately and efficiently maintain master data elements in our financial systems.
• Assist in testing of system enhancements related to master data system functionality.

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree Req
• 0-2 years’ experience of financial analysis and consolidation Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Req
• Knowledge of General and subsidiary Ledger accounting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Well developed and proven analytical and numeracy skills.
• Ability to identify financial issues and execute mitigating actions.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet strict/demanding deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
