Job Summary:

BJ's Wholesale Club is currently seeking an individual with a strong affinity for system dynamics, an understanding of promotional data procedures, robust customer service skills, and exceptional communication aptitude. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the creation and execution of promotions from teams throughout the organization. These promotions are integral to the company's success in driving sales and delivering our value to our members.

Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

• Promotional Precision: Your primary responsibility is to manage the systemic creation of promotions methodically and accurately for various teams throughout the organization. Your attention to detail is instrumental in the accurate creation of promotions.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: You will work closely with teams spanning Merchandising, Club Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
• Strategic Partnership: Foster a strategic alliance with the Merchandising team, developing a general awareness of products and promotional strategy. Your insights and guidance pertaining to promotional data are critical to the smooth execution of promotions, contributing to our market success.
• In-House Expertise: As the subject matter expert on promotion creation, you will provide internal customer support to our Merchandising Team. Your proficiency in promotion creation will be pivotal in addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention detail for accurate promotion creation
• Constant collaboration and communication within the Marketing Operations team and with cross functional teams to ensure transparency which promotes trust and integrity through data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills to process a large volume of promotions

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience
• 1+ years' experience in Analytics, Mathematics, or Data Entry

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $43,500.00.
