Assoc. Director, Business Readiness and Deployment - APAC

About your future Role

Key leader responsible for ensuring business readiness and successful deployment for all ACE digital products across the APAC, Japan and China markets. Focusing on the successful development, deployment, onboarding and adoption by the business and Alcon's customers. This person will work alongside the other ACE regional deployment leads, product owners, and business stakeholders both internally and externally to advance our digital footprint.

What you will do:

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Services, GSC and Customer Care organizations to develop digital tools which successfully meet their business needs.
• Manage a process to regionally support critical digital transformation activities of Change Management, Customer Care, KPIs, reporting and Onboarding/Adoption of digital tools.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize requested enhancements in support of market deployments
• Document Lessons Learned to promote agile deployment of tools and update any necessary documents.
• Own the delivery model of the digital customer care team to resolve inquiries related to our digital tools and devices.
• Ensure the digital tools launched are successfully onboarded and adopted by users in the applicable markets.
• Support the innovation and hypothesis test & learn activities related to digital tool development.
• Create and maintain in-depth knowledge articles in support of digital transformational tools and services and to ensure business continuity.
• Co-develop deployment strategy, training materials and product playbook in conjunction with product team.
• Cross-functional collaboration between teams to ensure business stakeholders needs are understood and addressed accordingly.
• Support the creation and execution of operational project plans; including but not limited to - Business Readiness, Hypercare and Stabilization.
• Effectively influence, lead and achieve goals thru a diverse matrix organization

Who you are:

• 7 years of relevant experience of Direct Commercial Operations
• Experience with Customer Operations or Supply Chain processes/data within SAP.
• Experience in executing change management and communication plans
• Ability to anticipate & identify emerging issues related to digital change.
• Previous knowledge and participation in development of deployment plans and execution of related tasks (i.e. testing, cut-over, etc.)
• Experience with onboarding of customers to new processes and/or tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to operate effectively in a global environment. Ability to influence and communicate across functions.
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
