Requirements

ASSOC. SCIENTIST III, ANALYTICAL DEVELOPMENT (Irvine, CA): perform analytical development/characterization for biotherapeutic drug substances (DS) and drug products (DP); execute potency assays, SDS-PAGE, ELISAs, dissolution testing; perform HPLC/water content/residual solvent analysis; develop/implement analytical methods transfer; validate methods; write/review SOPs. Masters (or foreign equiv. deg.) in Pharm. Sci., Chem., or rel. + knowledge of HPLC, UPLC, GC, analytical method validation, characterization, SOP prep.
