Job Description
The Customer Care Consultant II leads projects and programs within the Customer Care group and may mentor junior members of team. Manages multiple goals, objectives, programs, policies, and procedures in a business area gained through experience and training and prepares reports for approval by senior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Creates and coordinates projects and programs based on customer feedbak

Takes calls that are escalated from the Analyst team

Build/Create/Maintain working relationships/partnerships with peers, operational, support and various departments.

May mentor junior members of the Customer care team

Delivers timely, accurate customer service ensuring the highest level of satisfaction

Analyzes and provides clarity to complex problems and scenarios from the Customer Care team

Makes independent judgments and recommendations to Dealers and provides specialist knowledge

Education

4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
