Business Banking Client Services (BBCS) partners with frontline and specialist teams to meet the in-life Commercial Lending needs of business customers across Australia.
Do work that matters
Our nationally based Associates play a critical role in ensuring the financial wellbeing of business lending customers.
Working collaboratively with Bankers, specialists and support teams you will be responsible for a variety of activities including:
Β· Discharges (full, partial, substitution)
Β· Pricing requests and amendments
Β· Consents
Your commercial acumen and excellent customer and stakeholder skills will help identify opportunities to grow and build resilience for our customers.
We have options for you to work in any location across Australia and support Working from home. By having a dispersed workforce this allows us to better understand and support all of our customers with any of their commercial lending needs.
Reporting to the Team Manager, Business Banking Client Services, the Associate role supports the assessment and processing of commercial lending requests, including:
- Working closely with Relationship Executives and customers to identify their needs
- Reviewing customer circumstances and needs and making credit decisions
- Providing high-quality, timely customer service
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships in support of team goals and objectives
- Supporting your Manager and Executive Manager with special projects as required
Weβre interested in hearing from people who have:
- A passion for customer service with a focus on innovation and solutions focused thinking
- Strong commercial lending and credit decisioning experience (or an appetite to learn)
- Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of business structures
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance is highly regarded.
Your Qualifications (highly regarded)
- A recognised qualification or degree in a Risk/Compliance/finance/Business related discipline
- FSRA Tier 2
