Major responsibilities:

Carry out Machine operation for Turning Milling Grinding on Conventional and CNC Machine.

• Create and Store CNC Program on Machine and PC.
• Maintain all Jigs and fixtures.
• Completion of report on production order.
• Carry out machine loading unloading and material movement and deburring of components.
• Carry out any other work required for Job assigned by supervisor.
• Component inspection and inspection report preparation.
• Assist operators on another machine whenever required.
• Maintain ISO9001, OHSAS, EMS and 5S at shop.

Requirement profile:

Formal education: D.M.E.

Professional experience In years: 4 to 6 Years

Defined competencies:

• Experience of CNC Machine Operating
• Working experience in Heavy Component Machining.
• Knowledge of turning, milling process.
• Knowledge of CNC Programming, Cutting Tools.
• Knowledge of 5s, Kaizen.
• Good Communication
• Cooperation & Team Work.
