Job Requirements: Must have a bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in finance, real estate, economics, global commerce, business administration or related field, and three years experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The position also requires three years of experience in the following: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and ARGUS Enterprise; and Asset management experience, including development and analysis of real estate-based financial models with a focus on multifamily, office, and industrial assets. 

Less than 10% domestic travel to various properties across the country 

Job Duties: Underwrite a variety of asset classes using Excel-based underwriting models, including complex cash flow, budget, IRR and fund/partnership waterfall modeling; Assist in the proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of real estate equity investments; Review and analyze business plans, leasing activity and monthly property-operating performance; Liaison with operating partners and leading members of the Acquisition Teams to review business plan execution; Develop and maintain detailed asset-level cash flow reforecasting models; Guide Analysts in the maintenance of detailed asset- and portfolio-reporting models to monitor the performance of investments at the asset level; Conducting portfolio level analysis on a multifamily portfolio of over 15,000 units; Building, updating and reforecasting cash flow models in excel to project asset performance; Underwriting new investment opportunities on an as needed basis; and Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and effective management skills, with a desire to manage, mentor and develop team members

Salary Offered: $130,000 – 140,000 / year
