JOB OVERVIEW

Under general supervision, the Associate 3D Designer will be responsible for collaborating with key roles in Marketing to assist in producing 3D assets through various processes such as: CAD model conversion, material creation, UV mapping and rendering.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· CAD data conversion and clean up using Rhino and 3ds Max.

· Create and modify UV maps and texture files using 3ds Max and Photoshop

· Create HDR light environments using HDR Light Studio

· Produce high quality photorealistic visuals of various products including golf clubs, golf balls and packaging.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

· Strong knowledge of 3D Studio MAX and V-Ray is required.

· Ability to learn required tools such as Rhino3d, HDR Light Studio and Adobe Suite.

· Strong modeling and texturing skills

· Ability to work under pressure without compromising performance or accuracy in a deadline-oriented environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

· General understanding of product visualization.

· Excellent teamwork skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 3 years of production company, agency, or client-side experience in 3d modeling and rendering.

· Digital agency, lifestyle, or tech experience, preferred.

· Golf knowledge a plus but not required.
