Associate - Real Estate - IN
The role will be responsible for the preparation of Real Estate month end and quarterly accounting records. Will work closely with asset management team to manage day to day workflows of fund existing assets, including monitoring and analysis of cash, asset performance.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Preparation & review of Net Asset Value calculation and related workpapers
• Knowledge of Commercial and Residential accounting in Yardi
• Preparation & review of Management, Performances Fees
• Hands on experience on Real estate tool – Yardi, Elevate, Alusta
• In depth understanding of roll up rules, Equity roll ups into financial statements
• Support ad-hoc request and other business requirements
• Cash management including capital calls and distribution calculation
• Preparing & review of Waterfall & carried Interest calculation
• Training and mentoring team members
• Responsible for communicating and liaising with finance and business stakeholders

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
