Job Description

Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, Texas. Implement and work with other stakeholders for the development and launch of credit card software products and features for the General Motors card portfolio. Analyze customer feedback and preferences to define product parameters. Define specific product parameters to be built and write user stories and acceptance criteria. Monitor competitor and market activity, product performance and customer behavior to implement changes to product parameters. Research industry trends and features to develop and pitch recommendations for the product roadmap. Collaborate with front end user experience and call center leads to define a best-in-class web and call center customer experience. Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure product features and experiences are built in an agile environment as defined.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Engineering Management (or a relevant Engineering field), Finance, Economics, Computer Science or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with the following: Collaborating with technical teams on Architecture Diagrams, Process flows, APIs or UI design; and Microsoft Suite, SQL, Snowflake, Postman, Splunk, Figma, Confluence and JIRA as part of requirements writing and user testing of feature development. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience with the following: Strategizing and researching new cutting-edge products to grow the portfolio and improve product performance using data driven analysis and customer feedback; and defining product roadmap and launching new products and features with full end to end ownership of software development life cycle.
