Job Description

Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Associate in Private Wealth Management (PWM) Change Management team. Team is responsible for handling global change initiatives for the Division and is responsible for delivering comprehensive program and project management services to solve complex business problems. Typical projects span a range of areas including business expansion, digitization, automation, risk & control, and regulatory compliance. Work in complex and high-priority projects in connection with the personal financial management business. Liaise with sponsors and stakeholders with competing priorities, resourcing levels and time constraints across all typical project phases: project initiation and scoping, including definition of plans, setting and managing realistic expectations for successful delivery with project stakeholders; business analysis and requirements definition; and testing and implementation, in particular user acceptance testing; and ongoing project management and quality assurance throughout the project. Build and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders. Assess and streamline processes to mitigate risk or control issues and generate efficiencies. Provide hands-on support and advice to management and project teams on project management tools and methodologies.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business, Finance, or relevant field, such as Information Technology and Management. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years with the following: driving delivery of projects and achieving results independently on time and to budget including: analytical skills and project management technical skills; project scope definition; project issues, challenges, risks definition; status reporting; and development of high-quality deliverables; working in project teams to help formulate the implications of a specific solution across the process, such as costs, risk or potential for re-use of services developed; liaising with working groups and influencing key stakeholders outside their direct control; working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment to build consensus amongst working group with respect to project deliverables; working with and reporting to senior stakeholders both written and orally with respect to project plans, status updates and deliverables; and working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint and JIRA for project plans.
