Job Description

Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in West Palm Beach, Florida. Develop and maintain product profiles, pitch books and other marketing materials focused on Alternative Investments & Manager Selection (AIMS) services, products and performance. Prepare custom presentations and quarterly and annual investor letters for prospective and existing clients, related to investment performance, fund strategy, portfolio exposures, concentrations and diversification. Coordinate and create ongoing client deliverables as well as new business development activities such as completion of RFP/RFIs. Actively participate and assist in meetings with prospective and existing clients with minimal supervision, to evaluate AIMS manager investment strategies using both qualitative and quantitative metrics. Participate in concept review and new product development across the private credit platform within AIMS. Coordinate new fund launches by managing the marketing calendar, developing marketing materials, completing committee memos, engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, and developing and maintaining sales trackers. Coordinate communication and platform wide updates with internal sales and distribution channels (Private Wealth Management, Third Party Distribution, Institutional Sales) regarding AIMS managers and Funds. Respond to ad-hoc requests from senior management and AIMS clients.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field with three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role in financial service industry OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field with five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role in financial service industry. Prior experience must include three (3) years (if Master's) or five (5) years (if Bachelor's) in the following: working experience in financial markets while applying in-depth understanding of accounting practices and general interplay between financial markets and economic environments. Prior experience must include two (2) years (if Master's) or four (4) years (if Bachelor's) in the following: producing high quality pitchbooks and client presentations within tight timeframes, including for multiple simultaneous projects. Prior experience must include one (1) year with Master's or two (2) years with Bachelor's in the following: working in a credit related role in private credit market.; private credit investments, including cash flow modelling and borrowing base calculations; performance measurement across the private credit universe and the respective sub-strategies; portfolio management in alternative industry; financial model creation to analyze the performance impact of cash flows, spread changes and losses; and analyzing credit-related topics including borrow-base calculations and covenant monitoring. Must obtain FINRA Series 7 and 63 within 6 months of hiring. International and domestic travel required up to 20% of the time per year to meet with current and prospective clients and sales teams.
