About this role

BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. seeks Associate in New York, NY to prepare "big data" infrastructure to be analyzed by Data Scientists, Analysts, and operational teams. Req's: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: extending and optimizing data and data pipeline architecture; optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional use cases; assembling large, complex data sets that meet regulatory and analytical use cases; building the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using 'big data' technologies; building scalable software systems and infrastructure to support analytical use cases. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
