Job Description

Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, Texas. Responsible for end-to-end systems development cycle from requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, maintenance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of these analytics applications. Write and manage software primarily to support ETL (Extract Transform Load) functionality for loading data to a data warehouse allowing business analysts and functional leaders to action business decisions based on that data. Develop ETL leveraging technologies like PySpark, Airflow, Snowflake, databricks, SQL. Utilize big data technologies to extract data from internal and external data sources, create models and extracts in Consumer Cards Data Warehouse platform to be leveraged for firmwide use. Design & implement scalable solutions with performance tuning.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience in the following: working with an Object-Oriented programming language, such as Python, Java, or Scala; working with either big data tools and technologies (such as Spark, Hadoop, HDFS, or MongoDB) or relational databases (such as MySQL, Sybase or DB2); working with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud; working with clients to understand their needs and translating into technical requirements; and performing end-to-end software development cycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, maintenance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of these analytics applications leveraging agile methodology.
