We are currently recruiting for a mid-level Associate to join Hogan Lovells' Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects (IERP) team in Singapore. 

Our IERP practice operates globally with an international network of highly experienced lawyers operating in all key markets Our IERP lawyers are well regarded by independent leading legal directories and by our government, finance and corporate related clients as one of the top teams in Asia with a focus on infrastructure and energy. The IERP practice in our Singapore office is currently experiencing significant growth in transactional work in the oil and gas, power (conventional and renewables, including solar and offshore wind), PPP, water and transport infrastructure sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic, busy and growing team in Singapore working on market-leading projects across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

You will be required to provide advice on all aspects of activity (project development, project financing, construction, commercial and M&A) in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Job Requirements

• Singapore or English qualified
• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (or 2-4years UK post-qualification experience)
• Strong technical skills
• Construction law or major projects background
• Exposure to the energy and infrastructure sectors (particularly renewable energy and energy transition) will be highly regarded
• Extremely organised - ability to prioritise and manage workload
