Job Description

Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas. Engineer Microsoft Teams and OneDrive in an Enterprise environment. Coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure successful upgrades, installations, or integration activities leveraging an Agile framework. Act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd level support teams for Microsoft platforms. Assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment leveraging strong verbal and written communication skills. Work with PowerShell scripting and system automation.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with: working with Microsoft Teams functionality and Microsoft Unified Communications Managed-based applications; performing root cause analysis of critical issues that support the Microsoft Teams and Symphony platforms; engineering features of file and document collaboration applications including OneDrive or Box Drive; developing Chat platform functionality, application integrations, and building abstractions and middleware solutions by leveraging Application Programming Interfaces (APIs); building controls and barriers into Microsoft products that comply with regulatory requirements; and deploying desktop applications and Microsoft 365 platform releases using Microsoft tools including Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (MECM).
