Job Description

Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, Texas. Gathering business and functional requirements involving a review of existing systems configurations and operating methods as well as understanding evolving business needs of the collections management processes in collaboration with various stakeholders internal and external to the firm. Defining feature roadmaps and building consensus among stakeholders on delivery and ensuring a healthy product backlog. Framing high level epics and breaking them down into detailed, compelling user stories that the engineering teams can leverage to deliver discrete, measurable outcomes. Creating scenarios and business requirements specific to the collections processes. Identifying and evaluating the approach for the implications of the modernized and improved processes on the associated systems. Creating scenarios for testing and designing user acceptability tests. Collaborating with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall user experience. Partnering with the cross functional teams including product, tech, and operations to communicate business requirements, and gain alignment on solutions and timelines. Creating customer experiences that implement full funnel strategy across analog and digital channels including phone calls, email, web, mobile app, and SMS. Research industry trends and features to develop and pitch recommendations for product roadmap.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, a relevant Engineering discipline, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with the following: utilizing analytics tools, including SQL or Tableau; MS Office to present high level test results, project demos and project status updates; using Confluence and Jira to document project requirements including but not limited to process maps, product briefs and project plans; and product management and business analysis with multiple stakeholders to elicit and review business requirements and translating them into actionable user stories for the engineering teams. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with the following: researching industry trends and features to develop and pitch recommendations for product roadmap; creating scenarios for testing and designing user acceptability tests; and working in the financial services industry.
