Job Description

Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in Dallas, Texas. Work with product, operations, and engineering teams to develop, implement, and deliver complex and strategic cross divisional technological initiatives. Leverage Agile methodologies and governance tools to provide transparency to senior stakeholders on project scope, timelines, budget, and delivery risks. Identify and manage project risks from inception to completion while proposing solutions and mitigants. Perform complex analysis which will be used to enhance operational workflows. Facilitate communication on key project matters (including reporting and escalations) across teams contributing to the project. Provide oversight over the project book of work, ensuring cross project dependencies, risks, and budget are aligned and proactively managed. Facilitate the performance of quality assurance testing, migration plans and post implementation reviews alongside Product.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related computational and analytical field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related business analysis or project/program management role. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with: translating business requirements into engineering deliverables; analyzing data sets to determine themes, root cause analysis, and solution design; applying project management skills including project scope definition, implementation plans, project issues, challenges, risks definition, status reporting, and User Acceptance Test execution; working with senior stakeholders during all phases of the project lifecycle; and managing programs to track programs from initiation to go-live utilizing JIRA and JIRA portfolio.
