Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Behavioral Health Practice in Hawaii. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with training, facilitate new hire orientations and assist in new hire onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting our mission to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician ® (RBT®)
• Experience and understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
