What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with the Academic Partnerships team to build strong relationships with our Academic and Health Systems (AMC/HS) partners. You'll be responsible for supporting our partners in advancing their research priorities and improving the quality of care for cancer patients by using Flatiron's product suite. You'll bring to the team an understanding of academic medical centers and health systems, an analytical approach to problem solving, end-user management, and organizational skills. As a part of a cross-functional team focused on advancing cancer research and retaining our collaborative AMC/HS network, you'll also:

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $132,000.00
Preferred Primary Location: NYC Headquarters
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll work with the Academic Partnerships team to build strong relationships with our Academic and Health Systems (AMC/HS) partners. You'll be responsible for supporting our partners in advancing their research priorities and improving the quality of care for cancer patients by using Flatiron's product suite. You'll bring to the team an understanding of academic medical centers and health systems, an analytical approach to problem solving, end-user management, and organizational skills. As a part of a cross-functional team focused on advancing cancer research and retaining our collaborative AMC/HS network, you'll also:
- Own internal Academic end to end research operations across the end to end, including tracking and reporting metrics on the retrospective research network
- Support internal AMC / HS account owners in preparing for and executing external meetings, including preparing meeting agendas, decks and operationalizing insights from meetings
- Help team develop and track metrics to measure the health of our partnerships
- Support Flatiron's strategic approach to building long-term partnerships and driving stability of our Academic / Health System network by building and maintaining relationships with product end-users at AMC / HS partners by supporting prep for external meetings
- Become an expert on Flatiron's product offerings and reliably represent our capabilities to demonstrate the value of our partnership to senior leadership and product end users
- Support our partners in their use of Flatiron's academic product offerings by facilitating product onboarding and identifying opportunities for deepening engagement and meeting with users to collect feedback
- Helping shape how we build and scale cross-functional processes to support the rapid development of new features and products and the satisfaction of our partners
- Support advancement of internal Flatiron initiatives and priorities (e.g., enabling health equity research, optimizing internal ways of working, etc.)
- Support the implementation and engagement of Flatiron products introduced to the AMC / HS network (e.g. research and quality products) by working cross functionally with product teams and the appropriate site-specific product stakeholders

- You have a B.A. or B.S.
- You have 2-3 years of experience working with Academic Medical Centers or Health Systems, delivering products, services or analyses preferably to healthcare customers, in organizations such as:
- Health tech
- AMCs / HHS
- Healthcare consulting
- You are comfortable communicating - verbally and in writing - with various audiences, including academic audiences
- You have excellent time management skills and are able to prioritize tasks and proactively seek solutions or ask for help when blocked from completing a task
- You have the ability to juggle multiple client / customer interactions and deadlines simultaneously
- You are detail oriented and have the agility to work with, develop relationships with and influence a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders
- You are comfortable with ambiguity
Extra Credit
- You have experience owning client relationships
- You have experience working with oncologists and members of oncology care delivery teams
