Work Shift: Sunday: 9A-5:30P / Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:30A-7P / Saturday: 9A-5:30P
Job purpose
The Associate Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting ZOLL's efforts to fit/sell the LifeVest through receipt and processing of required documentation. This role may act as a liaison between ZOLL and the Patient Service Representatives to ensure the quality and accuracy of patient and order information. This will include communication and correspondence with ZOLL Patients, PSRs or Territory Managers regarding documentation retrieval and information verification on an as needed basis. Also responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation and recordkeeping pertaining to the prescription for and installation of the LifeVest. Maintains a high level of customer service and support to all individuals involved in the patient use of the LifeVest. Provides support to the Account Coordinators and Managers in all activities as requested.
Duties and responsibilities
The Associate Account Coordinator is an integral member of the Customer Support team and has the primary responsibility for the preparation, entry and appropriate routing of incoming/outgoing patient clinical documentation.
- Identify and select incoming fax documents classes to ensure timely delivery of accurate and complete files to the appropriate department/stakeholder
- Data entry of critical information to identify patients, PSRs or physicians on incoming documents such as patient agreements, medical orders, supporting clinical, etc.
- Create new patient accounts and record all necessary demographic information
- Responsible for the complete and timely attachment of all related documents in patient accounts
- Contact LifeVest patients or emergency contacts in order to obtain needed shipping information for secondary component submission
- Work with PSRs and/or Territory Managers to retrieve valid patient agreements through exception tracking
- Answer incoming calls in queue and/or redirect (when necessary) to appropriate department/employee
- Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Work various shifts as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
- May be required to work a set number of predetermined holidays to insure proper patient care and a high level of customer service
Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict deadlines.
