Associate Account Development Executive

The Associate Account Development Executive creates business relationships with prospects through face-to-face sales activities. Works in conjunction with channel partners to increase sales opportunities in CDK Strategic Products to grow CDK's wallet share with prospects; specifically focused on selling our Elead CRM and Roadster.

Position Responsibilities & Essential functions

• Develop target account pipeline. Identify, and work opportunities contained within portfolio of accounts.
• Create a disciplined and process-oriented approach to help Generate revenue.
• Work with internal teams through the sales and implementation process.
• Focus on consultative relationship with the client by developing an understanding of their unique business needs and challenges.
• Develop understanding of specific CDK products and their functionality.
• Gain an understanding of the industry segment and keep abreast of competitor developments in the market and portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of demonstrated ability to build business relationships.
• Ability to manage a sales process.
• Ability to develop account plans, work opportunities, and close business.
• Knowledge of automotive retail processes and products.
• Level of comfort with digital technology solutions.
• Experience utilizing CRM.
• Willing/Able to travel 50% to 75%.

Preferred :

• Knowledge of automotive retail industry and / or CDK knowledge/experience.
• Initiative and initiative-taker.
• Must be willing to relocate if the opportunity presents itself.
• Bachelor's degree

Salary = $70,000 + Commissions + Benefits
