Associate Account Executive
Job Description
Who You Are:
You are someone who is curious about creative management with an affinity for other countries and cultures. You will be a team player, proficient in PowerPoint and Word. With excellent communication skills – written and oral. Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously. You are able to function in a fast-paced environment, have strong problem-solving skills, and are detail-oriented.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the running of internal day-to-day operations and creative management
- Work closely with partner teams in other countries
- Understand and execute creative guidelines
- Gather/organize key data for competitive industry and market analysis
- Prepare regular status reports
- Develop an understanding of the Client’s business
- Assist in preparation of research materials
- Be prepared to apply learnings to day-to-day activities and discussions
- Familiarizes self with data/research resources
- Begins to develop analytic and interpretive skills and contributes insights
- Maintain accurate timesheets that are completed by required deadlines
Communication Skills
- Be able to articulate feedback clearly and concisely
- Be a good listener
- Master business-writing skills
- Demonstrate good follow up skills
- Be responsive to verbal and non-verbal cues
Client Relationships
- One of the main client contacts who present and discuss strategic and creative concepts with clients.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Builds relationships with the entire account team and becomes a reliable source for anyone who needs help.
- Interfaces with other counties and offices effectively

This position is non-exempt with an annual base salary of $50,000-$65,000 plus eligibility for overtime pay when applicable based on state and federal guidelines.
