Associate Account Manager
Home Based (Travel required nationally for client meetings)
Willing to consider flexible working arrangements

We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our growing team here at Unum UK.

You will support our Senior Account Managers in new business and retention efforts with a small panel of larger intermediaries under Preferred Partner Arrangements (PPA's).

This role focuses on ensuring desired growth and operational performance metrics are met, through articulating Unum's value proposition to Brokers and clients.

It offers an exciting career opportunity for those aiming to develop into Account Managers or Senior Account Managers.

What will you bring?

• Experience in intermediary sales, preferably within Financial Services or Insurance
• Experience in communicating and influencing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
• Motivated, driven, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude and personal development.
