Associate Account Manager Brand Partnerships

• Work closely with the teams that activate our cutting-edge marketing solutions including DK Game Studio sponsorship video promotion events and media to agencies and brands.
• Support Sales Ad Operations and Integrated Marketing in responding to pre-sale RFPs including media plan development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Become an expert in our products and processes communicating campaign details ad specifications and creative lead times to advertisers and agencies.
• Support Senior Account Managers throughout the campaign lifecycle to ensure brand partnership programs are being set up launched and maintained successfully.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience for advertiser and agency partners by focusing on client objectives and driving account growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of digital account management or media planning experience; publisher experience is preferred.
• Prior experience working directly with clients in a client services role.
• Excellent verbal written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple projects and clients.
