All about the role:

In this role you will be reporting to the SeniorDirector- Sales, National Accounts and will be based in Charlotte, NC. The AssociateAccount Manager is responsible for sales support with the National Account teamwith focus on customer service, financial analysis / planning, logistics,product roadmap engagement, and demand planning. TheAssociate Account Manager will partner with the cross-functional team to driveincremental business while maintaining target profitability levels and volume.

What you'll do:

The Associate Account Manager will support thedevelop of strategic product line-ups with detailed feature and benefitspecifications online and in-store coordinated with Product Line /Merchandising Manager that reflects the EMA brand marketing strategy. With thepurpose of delivering improved mix/profit and brand awareness.

Other responsibilities may include:

Manage daily customer requests on logistics, and ensure timely forecasting, production, planning and delivery in close contact with the cross-functional team.

Manage daily customer requests and manage exposure / costs on after sales issues such as returns, damages, defectives, warranty in close contact with the involved internal stakeholders.

Create, develop, and test new opportunities throughout the order-to-cash process that will improve efficiency, reduce damage, and maximize ROI.

Support and prepare with EMA cross functional group any customer Product Line Reviews across product categories.

Assist the Marketing Team with product trainings, face to face with retail associates, representing Electrolux as the subject matter expert of the product.

Support the Merchandising team in retail discussions with the ability to present and follow up on potential business opportunities.

Develop presentations both internal and customer focused that communicate our ideas and positions in a clear and persuasive manner.

Responsible for new model set-up and activation with customers in-store and online.

Act as project leader for specific projects as assigned.

Work with finance team and related functions to properly allocate customer-related investments within the organization.

Maintain and communicate all pertinent industry analysis data.

Creation and updating of additional reporting for customer sales tracking.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration

3+ years sales, sales operations, finance, marketing, or merchandising experience
