THE ROLE: Associate Account Manager

Job Summary:

Presidio has an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to break into technology sales. The role is a foundational role with a defined career path into the following areas; Sales, Operations, Project Management and Technical Pre-Sales. This role is remote but candidate must reside in the Tri-State and/or New England (NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, ME, VT, NH) This individual will be responsible for new account acquisition, achieving targets, and maintaining high levels of activity within an assigned territory.

Travel Requirements:

This position does not require any travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research: Identify contacts that could make decisions on technology solutions, services and offerings
  • Outreach: Leverage omni-channel marketing outreach, which includes email, phone calls and social media. Conduct necessarily follow up correspondence.
  • On-Message: Consult with the team and utilize tools at your disposal to learn the appropriate talk-tracks and sales motions.
  • Qualifications
    • Relevant work experience (B2B Sales, outbound sales or account management, project management, freelance, gig-work)
    • Strong track record of leadership and collaboration

  • A Strong Communicator. Your writing and speaking skills are clear and effective, helping you connect well with others. You are genuinely curious and ask thoughtful questions

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience (B2B Sales, outbound sales or account management, project management, freelance, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles, achieve goals, and articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience and/or military experience
