The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Client team. In this role, you will handle bids sent by clients and identify opportunities for bid submissions. You will analyze feasibility on platform, conduct secondary research, negotiate with stakeholders, collaborate with Project Managers, and create bid-winning proposals.
You will also be responsible for project reconciliations, project invoicing, and other account related tasks. The Associate Account Manager will support Sampling/Project Management tasks where needed. A top-notch candidate will be able to write effective proposals while adhering to feasibility and time constraints. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a sound understanding of the sample pricing across different markets and domains and be able to communicate and negotiate with a range of stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day account support activities (bidding, project reconciliation, invoicing etc.)
- Monitoring client bid requests and identifying opportunities for bid submissions.
- Checking platform feasibility, conducting secondary research, and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.
- Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals with the right pricing.
- Performing sample feasibility and pricing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and internal Project Managers.
- Liaising with manual suppliers where needed
- Keeping track of all costs and managing project budgets and handling project reconciliations and final client invoicing.
- Support Sampling/Project Management Tasks as and when needed.
- Work closely with the project management team and finance team.
- Conducting Project Manager briefings once bids have been secured.
- Help prepare and maintain reports and stats.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 2 years of experience specifically at a Market Research Supplier providing direct to client bid support, or project management experience with an interest in sales.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong follow-through skills
- Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
- Solid judgment and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of project management tools and concepts
- Strong analytical aptitude, results oriented mindset with great attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word & Excel and familiarity with CRM based solutions (i.e, Pipedrive, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
