Associate Accountant

Wargaming USA, Inc. is seeking an Associate Accountant who will support the general accounting function of our video game studios. Monthly and yearly volumes of work are cyclical with peaks and valleys. Creativity, resourcefulness, and your positive, can-do attitude could make you the successful candidate for this role.

• Support the monthly and yearly fiscal close activities

• Code and process employee expenses and travel reimbursements

• Process accounts payable transactions

• Address questions from vendors and employees

• Process payroll on a biweekly basis

• Ensure that accounting processes adhere to company policies

• Assist with maintaining consistency with HR and accounting systems

• Assist with ad hoc reporting and reconciliations

• Assist and comply with external auditing and reporting requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and company information

• Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy, excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to stay positive, proactive, and able to exercise good judgment, while under pressure to meet deadlines

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• AA/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business

• Advanced Excel skills

• Experience with SAP, Concur and/or Paylocity
