About the role:

Coventry's accounting team is responsible for financial reporting, transaction processing, tax compliance, and cash management. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, analyzing accounts, and assisting with period-end closing, among other duties.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Reviewing invoices and coordinate approval.
  • Processing daily payments and payables entries.
  • General ledger analyses and reconciliations.
  • Recording journal entries.
  • Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Assisting with period-end closing.
  • Ad-hoc account projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other business-related discipline.
  • Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
