The Associate Accounting Manager is responsible for handling full set of accounts, month end closing, day to day operational accounting work and help out in ad-hoc financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounting operations (AP & AR processes, GL, account reconciliation, etc.), month end closing, monthly financial and management reporting packages and schedules
• Responsible for designing and performing various financial analyses to support business growth
• Responsible for treasury operations (payments and collections, bank reconciliations) and liaise with Corporate Treasury on cash flow management
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, tax reporting, and internal audits
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support inter-company activities
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for annual audits and other external parties like tax agents
• Assist strategic ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with accounting qualification of HKICPA, ACCA or finalist
• Minimum of 8 years’ accounting experience. Experience with MNC/ HK listed entities and Big 4 is a plus
• Proficient in relevant computer tools and applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Knowledge in Oracle and Hyperion will be an advantage
• Detail-minded, well-organized, self-motivated and a good team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred
