Associate, Accreditation & Delegation

The Associate, Accreditation & Delegation is responsible for acting as the main consultant to several departments across Strive Health in which policies, procedures, program description, and other documentation is required.  The associate works closely with business owners and department leads to understand the technical writing and documentation needs to support operations.  The associate possesses excellent communication, organization, and technical writing skills applicable in a healthcare setting.  The associates’ work is embedded in the Continuous Readiness program across the organization to ensure accreditation, delegation, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met, as well as, translated into clear language that supports Strive’s ability to deliver a consistent product to patients and partners.

Essential Functions

  • Perform regular and ad hoc review of P&Ps for compliance with NCQA, CMS, and clinical requirements with guidance from SMEs and business leads
  • Create and manage the documentation review and approval process
  • Assist with the creation and update of P&Ps, and other documentation, using standard processes.
  • Coordinate a clinical policy approval committee and ensure all updates are communicated through a standard process across the organization.
  • Produce standard templates, naming conventions, and indexing system for all P&Ps, workflows, job aides, and program descriptions to ensure timely create, revision, and review.
  • Collaborate with any accreditation or delegation audits

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years related experience
  • 1+ years’ experience with quality improvement and/or continuous readiness

Preferred Qualifications

  • The motivation and drive to work independently with minimal supervision to pursue continuous development of self and others are required.
  • Experience with healthcare accreditation and CMS a plus
  • Understanding of Value Based Care
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Communicates clearly, respectfully, and thoroughly

Annual Salary Range: $63,600.00-$74,800.00

 

Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits.  An annual performance bonus, determined by company and individual performance, is available for many roles and aligned to Strive Health guidelines.
