HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

- Work with key stakeholders to manage inventory and traffic ad campaigns across Newsletters, Paid Social, Podcasts, Video, and Branded / Editorial Content

- Maintain a high quality standard for the Ad Operations department to ensure accuracy and to exceed client expectations.

- Provide troubleshooting support for issues including, but not limited to, creative specifications, malfunctioning ad creative materials, click-through URLs, and landing pages, custom executions, under/over-delivery issues, order management and implementation.

- Manage and optimize paid social campaign delivery to ensure KPIs are met

- Manage the pre and post-launch QA process (3rd party tags, creatives), assuring that ads meet creative specs and are tracked properly.

- Maintain performance reporting to ensure optimal pacing.

- Work alongside the Accounts Receivable team to close out monthly billing and resolve monthly and ongoing invoicing queries.

• Identify opportunities on how to continually improve operational processes and communication channels.


QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years digital advertising experience preferably in publisher side

- 1+ year experience managing and optimizing paid social campaigns in Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok Ads Platforms

- BS/BA or equivalent degree

- Understanding of ad systems and technologies 3rd party measurement tools

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with all levels of employees

- Exceptional communication skills, both internally and externally

- Willingness to be coached 


Nice to have:

- Expertise in the online advertising ecosystem; different ad technology stacks and vendors and how they fit into the digital advertising ecosystem

- Strong knowledge of campaign lifecycle management, ad sales process, trafficking, QA, performance analytics/reporting

- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, DCM, and/or tagging technologies.


COMPENSATION $65,000 - $70,000 *Final offers for this job will be made commensurate with experience. Total offer package to include benefits highlighted under our perks section below.
