Then you'll have an additional orientation period where you'll continue to work closely with your manager and teammates to get fully up-to-speed on providing top-notch service to our members.

This role has very competitive starting pay at $18.75 per hours. After successful completion of your orientation period at 6 months, you'll move up to the Advisor level and a rate of $19.71 per hour. We have great career opportunities in our GEC and beyond! Within the GEC, you'll have the chance to advance to higher advisor levels, specialist levels, and leadership levels. Additionally, team members from our GEC have advanced to roles throughout the Association.

The Association offers great benefits! In addition to a base pay increase after 6-months, we'll review your salary annually and you'll have opportunities for increases if you advance to other levels within the GEC.
