Alzheimer's Global Marketing Manager - Global Launch Readiness & Operations (P1-3)
Background
Lilly's ongoing research and commercial efforts in Alzheimer's Disease (AD) present one of the most exciting opportunities in the history of the company. There is currently a significant, growing, and intense unmet need across all key players. AD is the sixth leading cause of death in the US, and of the top 10 causes of death, it is the only disease with an increasing mortality rate and the only one that cannot be prevented, cured, or even slowed. Lilly's goal is to make the dementia associated with the disease preventable.
Primary Responsibilities
The Alzheimer's Global Marketing Manager- Global Launch Readiness & Operations will help manage the Global commercial team operations and integration across functions and including both AD diagnostics with a primary focus in OUS launch readiness and affiliate communication, as well as internal engagements like Brand Planning, governance, and team engagement. This person will need strong project management and communication skills that create cadence and accountability as they will be responsible for ensuring that our affiliate engagement and launch readiness, as well as operations plan is properly mapped, owners assigned, with key dates/deliverables determined, and following up with progress on key deliverable(s), ideally already with identified root causes and remediation plan. This will include, but is not limited to:
- OUS affiliate launch readiness for the entire AD platform (diagnostics & therapeutic)
- Affiliate engagement and communication across the AD platform (diagnostics & Therapeutic)
- Assistance with Global Brand Planning process for the AD platform and development of the Brand Plan Roll Out experience
- Internal engagement and/or summit organization and communication, including development of the onboarding experience across the AD Platform
- Operational management including key cross functional AD platform and global marketing meetings, financial tracking with MMB, etc.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree
- Marketing or Communications experience
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.
Preferences:
- Ideally, a minimum of 1 year of Global Marketing or affiliate Marketing experience or completion of Lilly Marketing Academy and/or prior communications & event planning experience
- Exceptional execution skills with strong follow up
- Strong collaboration with colleagues at all levels and across business functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent operational and planning skills
