Position Purpose:

Lilly Value and Access is a purpose driven organization dedicated to making life better for people around the world. Health Care Organizations (HCO's) continue to grow in scale and scope of patient care. We are continuing to build our Lilly USA HCO marketing capability, and this customer will be critical for our potential Alzheimer's portfolio.

Lilly's ongoing research and commercial efforts in Alzheimer's Disease (AD) present one of the most exciting opportunities in the history of the company. There is currently a significant, growing, and intense unmet need across all key players. AD is the sixth leading cause of death in the US, and of the top 10 causes of death it is the only disease with an increasing mortality rate and the only one that cannot be prevented, cured, or even slowed.

Path/Level:

Employees hired on banded positions (ex: P1-P3, R1-R2, B1-B3, etc.) transfer at their current level, despite the level indicated on the job posting. For example, if a P2 candidate is selected for a P1-P3 banded position, the candidate will remain a P2 in the new role.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Alzheimer's HCO Strategy & Marketing Associate will lead the execution of the US HCO strategy, tactic/solution approvals, and launch for Lilly's AD diagnostic portfolio and Donanemab. This role requires the ability to translate strategy to execution, prioritize key deliverables across a portfolio and work closely with Associate and Senior Director to operationalize effectively across channels. The Associate Director will closely partner with the broad US Alzheimer's Diagnostic and Treatment team (HCP Marketing, Consumer, OTGS, Corporate Affairs, VEO, Payer, Medical Affairs) as well as Lilly USA HCO COE.

This role will report directly to the Sr Director, HCO Strategy & MarketingThe complex, rapidly changing healthcare environment requires Alzheimer's HCO Strategy and Marketing Associate Director to be an adaptable, agile learner who's both accountable and stress tolerant as he/she delivers for this new, important customer in a complex disease state. This individual needs to have foundational marketing competencies, must be able to effectively engage internal stakeholders, lead with and without authority, communicate clearly, effectively navigate white space and ambiguity, and work seamlessly with ALZ, LVA, and CSA teams and leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Associate Director and key cross functional teammates to execute HCO-specific workstreams that ladder up to AD launch strategy for Donanemab and Lilly's Diagnostic portfolio
  • Demonstrate agile marketing and command of US MLR approval processes through the execution of an omnichannel approach to maximize the right content in the right channel to HCO customers; includes creation of "Now Approved" and other appropriate launch tactics
  • Lead LEP integration across all HCO tactics, ensuring operational excellence and timely approval of tactics at launch
  • Ensure successful incorporation of customer insights and feedback derived from Market Research and Advisory Boards into tactics and solutions
  • Own integration of Brand Health Tracker
  • Support needs assessment of tactics/solution for HCO customer by ensuring optimal evolution of tactics/solutions aligned with AD launch horizons
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Trailblazer meeting logistics, including tracking budget for AM attendance
  • Support execution of field facing meeting content, working with Sales Training to identify gaps, build, and execute content (Trailblazer, CSA National meeting cycles)
  • Serve as primary point of contact for AMs, in addition to leading champ calls
  • Demonstrate exceptional partnership with US Alzheimer's Team and involvement in associated core meetings/forums, including All Hands
  • Support the successful execution of Advisory Boards
  • If applicable (following Phase 3 readout), support Market Research refresh of Donanemab HCO value message
  • If applicable, support the market research and development for messaging surrounding Lilly's diagnostic portfolio; optimize tactics as appropriate

Position Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of industry experience and/or completion of Lilly Marketing Academy
