Associate Analyst-1

As Associate Analyst, Data Processing, you are expected to manage freight invoices of all clients which ever has relationship with Körber. Perform data entry process as per their requirements. Ensure data quality & make sure the invoices are processed within the given time.

Responsibilities:

• Filling all required fields in the application for each customer/carrier invoice as per their rules.
• If required more details, just follow customer/carrier SOP’s.
• Work directly with fellow employees in Hyderabad office.
• Getting training from fellow associates, when needed.
• Maintain the updates of all customer & carrier inputs.
• Ensure awareness of customer/carrier changes/compliance.
• Ensure freight invoice exceptions are handled accurately and efficiently on all customer accounts.
• Working data to be saved in your systems and sent to your lead EOD.
• Ensure to complete the given target by EOD daily and update in the production sheet before logout.
• Attend bi-weekly Data Processing team meetings.
• Participate in special assignments in other Körber practice areas as required.
• Involving in the monthly or quarterly entertainment/event celebrations.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Candidate should atleast be a graduate (awaiting results won’t be entertained)

• Candidate from these groups will also be considered (B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA, Technical/Science background etc.)
  • Candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge.
  • Candidate must have moderate typing skills. (Min 35WPM)
  • Candidate should be willing to work in a team i.e., be a team player and showcase individual abilities as & when needed as well.
  • Candidate should be willing/flexible to work in night shift (we don’t have rotational shifts)
