Associate Analyst

As a member of our insights team, you will leverage your analysis skills to discover insights that make healthcare better by empowering providers to make smarter decisions around technology. You’ll work side-by-side with insights managers and consultants to provide market insights while learning the skills to grow into a senior member of our team. We are looking for sharp, creative, proactive learners who are eager to make themselves and our company better. 
What you’ll do:

• Analyze qualitative data from focus-group-like interviews, extract key insights, craft the story of the client experience, and own the delivery of those insights to the market.
• Understand team members’ needs and proactively use data to provide insights and solutions.
• Engage in all aspects of emerging technology Spotlight and First Look reports, including crafting survey questions, managing data collection, analyzing the data, and composing insights in written form.
• Manage and quality control data sets used by our teams for product delivery.
• Consult on key deliverables and broader team strategy.
• Assist senior insights team members in product delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Excel
• Certification in Tableau preferred
