Associate Analyst

Who are we hiring?

The CRM Analyst will help support all aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud and all related reporting. Specifically, the CRM Analyst will provide first-tier support for all users as well as create custom processes, dashboards, and reporting.  Additionally, the CRM Analyst will work cross-departmentally to ensure that all data and reporting in all systems, and related reporting is accurate.

What will you do?

• Provide 1st tier support to the active users of Salesforce by responding to daily requests through troubleshooting, answering questions, and providing solutions
• Ensure the queue of requests is acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner
• Outline specific User-Interface and database architecture development improvements
• Design and activate CRM flows and processes, create/modify Salesforce objects, and any related tasks within Salesforce Sales Cloud and all integrated applications
• Support Salesforce Developer in developing minor and major UI implementations utilizing Salesforce flow builder.
• Utilize Workbench, Data Loader applications, advanced Excel, Tableau, and SFDX tools to support all business units and their requests
• Responsible for understanding and customizing system access (Profiles, Permission Sets, Record Types) for corresponding end users
• Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation

What do you need to succeed?

• Undergraduate Degree required
• Salesforce Administrator Credential preferred
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred
• Desire to learn custom Salesforce development
• Interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships across multiple business groups
• Strong analytical skills and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong MS Office skill level (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
