(Associate) Analyst, Compensation

How you will make an impact:

• Perform moderately complex analysis (e.g., incumbent analysis) and provide recommendations to stakeholders
• Create job profiles and evaluate benchmarking data
• Participate in compensation surveys – collection of data, submissions & uploads, downloads of data to system, etc.
• Collaborate in special projects/analyses to identify trends, assess impact, analyze alternatives and recommend action plans based on these analyses
• Resolve issues and response to inquiries to compensation programs (e.g., Pay Review).
• Other incidental duties

What you'll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 1+ years of related experience (Compensation & Benefit, Payroll etc.) required
• Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Proficiency in English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, strict attention to detail, proactivity
