The Impact You Will Make:

• Respond to general inquiries in a timely manner according to SLAs
• Execute operational changes for people in our systems with a high attention to detail
• Supports periodic regulatory audits and reporting requirements
• Serves as point of contact for any follow up actions once an employee departs Grubhub
• Participates in People Team projects, meetings and events
• Maintains employee files and agreements
• Multi-task, problem-solve, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 0-2 years of experience in people operations or related field
• Highly organized and detailed-oriented; ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, and deal with conflict in a positive manner
• Passionate in helping others succeed
• Advanced excel skills, and Workday experience is a plus!
