As the Associate Analyst, Pricing, you will build simple to complex pricing agreements into XPO's auto rating system and audit these agreements for accuracy. We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself and XPO. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Build simple to complex pricing agreements into an active rating system that allows automatic rating of invoices
• Understand contract, pricing agreement and tariff applications
• Identify rating problems and initiate resolutions to ensure correct invoicing
• Resolve issues for invoices that do not rate automatically
• Provide timely answers and quotes for requests received via the internet, phone or email
• Resolve audit issues and perform quality checks

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

It'd be great if you also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance
• Customer service problem-solving experience
• Experience auditing documents
• Experience conducting data analysis
• Experience working in the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry or in the transportation, logistics or supply chain management environment
• Highly organized with proven ability to multitask
